WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Lead clinical and medical research to inform AI model development for healthcare benefits optimization

• Evaluate and validate AI-driven recommendations against established medical guidelines, formularies, and evidence-based protocols

• Serve as the medical subject matter expert across product, engineering, and consulting teams — translating clinical nuance into actionable AI logic

• Conduct peer-reviewed research on healthcare cost drivers, treatment efficacy, and population health trends to feed SureSystem™ intelligence

• Advise on regulatory and clinical compliance (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA) as it relates to AI-generated benefits recommendations

• Develop clinical validation frameworks to ensure AI outputs meet medical accuracy and safety standards

Forsure: Medical AI Advisory Scientist 1• Collaborate with the Benefits Intelligence Researcher and bridge clinical insights with data-driven models

• Publish whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning Forsure as a clinically

credible AI healthcare platform

• Review and assess emerging medical AI technologies, pharmaceuticals, and treatment

protocols relevant to employer health plans

• Present medical research findings to clients

WHAT WE NEED TO SEE

• MD, DO, PharmD, or PhD in a clinical/biomedical field

• 3+ years of experience in clinical research, health informatics, or medical advisory roles

• Deep understanding of employer-sponsored health plans, pharmacy benefit management, and population health

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and how they apply to clinical decision-making

• Strong analytical and research skills with a track record of published work or clinical presentations

• Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex medical concepts for non-clinical audiences

• Experience working cross-functionally with technology and prod

WAYS TO STAND OUT IN THE CROWD

• Board certification or active clinical license

• Experience with AI-assisted clinical decision support systems

• Background in health economics, outcomes research (HEOR), or actuarial science

• Prior work with insurance carriers, PBMs, or benefits consulting firms

• Published research in peer-reviewed medical or health informatics journals

• Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT)

• Track record of translating research into commercial health products
