WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Own and execute Forsure's full marketing engine using AI as your core workflow, not an add-on: content, campaigns, brand, and demand generation
• Build and run AI-powered content pipelines that produce thought leadership, LinkedIn campaigns, email sequences, landing pages, and sales enablement assets at startup speed
• Translate complex healthcare and benefits concepts into clear, human messaging for CHROs, CFOs, and benefits leaders
• Ride and shape the "benefits intelligence" narrative, positioning Forsure as the agentic AI platform in a market of static dashboards
• Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid, webinars) with rapid test-and-learn cycles
• Partner directly with sales to generate and warm pipeline, aligning messaging with live outreach to HR and finance buyers
• Manage brand consistency across the website, decks, one-pagers, and social presence
• Stand up marketing analytics: track funnel performance, attribute pipeline, and report what's working to leadership
• Evaluate and deploy emerging AI marketing tools, keeping Forsure's stack lean and cutting-edge
• Support product marketing for SureSystem™ and SureConsult™ launches, features, and case studies

WHAT WE NEED TO SEE

• 3+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or content marketing (SaaS, HR tech, or healthcare a plus)
• Demonstrated daily fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, image/video generation, automation platforms) as a core part of how you work
• A portfolio of work you've shipped: campaigns, content, funnels, with results you can speak to
• Strong writing ability: clear, persuasive, jargon-free copy for executive audiences
• Comfort owning marketing end-to-end in a fast-paced, flat startup environment
• Data literacy: you measure, iterate, and kill what doesn't work
• Excellent cross-functional communication with sales, product, and leadership

WAYS TO STAND OUT IN THE CROWD

• Experience marketing to HR, benefits, or finance leaders at mid-market employers
• Background in employee benefits, health plans, insurance, or benefits consulting
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation
• You've built AI agents or automated marketing workflows (not just used chatbots)
• A personal brand or audience you've grown on LinkedIn or elsewhere
• Design chops: Canva, Figma, or video editing
• Track record taking an early-stage company from unknown to known
